AVTV 隐私政策
AVTV 不要求注册账号，不包含广告或第三方分析 SDK，也不会把您的播放列表、本地视频或观看记录上传至 AVTV 开发者的服务器。
1. 本地保存的数据
为了提供播放与管理功能，AVTV 会在您的设备上保存您主动导入的 M3U 播放列表、订阅地址、频道信息、收藏记录、语言设置、本地视频副本和频道预览图缓存。这些数据默认仅保存在应用沙盒中。
2. 网络访问
当您添加网络播放列表、播放网络媒体或生成频道预览图时，AVTV 会直接连接您提供的服务器地址。相关服务器可能按照其自身政策记录 IP 地址、请求时间、设备网络信息或请求头。AVTV 开发者不控制这些第三方服务器，请只添加您信任并有权访问的内容来源。
3. 相册和文件
只有在您主动选择导入时，AVTV 才会通过 Apple 的系统选择器访问所选视频或文件。应用不会浏览未选择的相册内容。所选视频会被复制到 AVTV 的本地沙盒，以便后续播放和在已连接的 CarPlay 界面中访问。
4. AirPlay 与 CarPlay
当您使用 AirPlay 或 CarPlay 时，播放状态、媒体信息以及必要的视频或音频数据会由 Apple 的系统框架发送到您选择或连接的设备。该过程受 Apple 及目标设备相关政策约束。
5. 应用内购买
AVTV Pro 的购买和恢复由 Apple StoreKit 与 App Store 处理。AVTV 不接收或保存您的银行卡信息。Apple 可能向应用提供完成交易和恢复购买所需的产品及交易状态。
6. 数据共享与跟踪
AVTV 不出售个人信息，不进行跨应用或跨网站跟踪，也不使用数据投放定向广告。除您主动访问的媒体服务器以及完成系统功能所需的 Apple 服务外，AVTV 不会主动向第三方共享上述本地数据。
7. 数据保留与删除
您可以在应用内删除直播源和本地视频。频道预览图属于可重新生成的缓存，可通过卸载应用清除。卸载 AVTV 会删除其应用沙盒内保存的数据；您所使用的第三方媒体服务器可能另有保留规则。
8. 儿童隐私
AVTV 不以收集儿童个人信息为目的，也不会有意收集儿童个人信息。
9. 政策更新
当功能或法律要求发生变化时，本政策可能更新。新版本会在本页面公布，并修改顶部的更新日期。

AVTV Privacy Policy
AVTV does not require an account, contains no advertising or third-party analytics SDKs, and does not upload your playlists, local videos, or viewing history to the AVTV developer's servers.
1. Data Stored on Your Device
To provide playback and library features, AVTV stores the M3U playlists, subscription URLs, channel metadata, favorites, language preference, copied local videos, and channel preview cache that you choose to add. This information remains in the app sandbox by default.
2. Network Access
When you add an online playlist, play network media, or generate a channel preview, AVTV connects directly to the server address you provide. That server may process information such as your IP address, request time, network information, or request headers under its own policy. The AVTV developer does not control third-party media servers. Only add sources that you trust and are authorized to access.
3. Photos and Files
AVTV accesses a video or file only after you select it through Apple's system picker. The app does not browse unselected photo-library content. Selected videos are copied into AVTV's local sandbox for later playback and access from a connected CarPlay interface.
4. AirPlay and CarPlay
When you use AirPlay or CarPlay, Apple system frameworks may send playback state, media information, and necessary video or audio data to the device you select or connect. This processing is subject to Apple and destination-device policies.
5. In-App Purchases
Purchases and restoration of AVTV Pro are handled by Apple StoreKit and the App Store. AVTV does not receive or store your payment-card details. Apple may provide the app with product and transaction status required to complete and restore purchases.
6. Sharing and Tracking
AVTV does not sell personal information, track you across apps or websites, or use data for targeted advertising. Except for media servers you choose to access and Apple services required for system features, AVTV does not intentionally share the local data described above with third parties.
7. Retention and Deletion
You can delete playlist sources and local videos in the app. Channel previews are reproducible cache data and can be removed by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling AVTV removes data stored in its app sandbox. Third-party media servers may have separate retention practices.
8. Children's Privacy
AVTV is not designed to collect children's personal information and does not knowingly collect it.
9. Changes to This Policy
This policy may be updated when features or legal requirements change. The revised policy will be published on this page with an updated date.
